Welcome to our installation service! We are thrilled to help you enhance your look. Our installation service is priced at R350, and we strive to make this experience enjoyable and stress-free for you.
Please note that you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. This is to ensure that we can accommodate other clients who may wish to book our service. The installation process, including styling, will take a maximum of 45 minutes.
If you happen to arrive late by 15 minutes, we will need to switch to a basic installation due to time constraints. Thus, it's essential to be on time!
As part of our service, it is the client's responsibility to arrive prepared. This includes ensuring that the wig is in good condition, the size fits comfortably up to your hairline without the need to pull, and that the knots are bleached and pre-plucked. Additionally, please ensure the wig is clean and ready for installation.
If you are unable to complete these preparations, we ask that you bring the wig in at least 2 days before your appointment so we can assist you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to perform the installation if the wig does not meet these requirements.
